🍽️ Sea Bream with Lemon-Herb Crumble

Ingredients
- 4 Sea Bream (approx. 300 g each)
- Salt
- Pepper (from the mill)
- 2 untreated lemons
- 1 bunch parsley (approx. 60 g)
- 75 g breadcrumbs
- 100 ml olive oil
- 6 fresh garlic cloves
Instructions
- 1. Preheat the oven to 200 degrees Celsius. Select the top and bottom heat setting.
- 2. Rinse the fish under cold water. Then pat it completely dry with a kitchen towel.
- 3. Season the inside of the fish with some salt and pepper.
- 4. Put half of the parsley stems into the belly cavity of the fish.
- 5. Make diagonal cuts into the flesh side of the fish using a sharp knife.
- 6. Cut a lemon in half lengthwise.
- 7. Squeeze the juice from one lemon half.
- 8. Slice the other lemon half into thin rounds.
- 9. Insert the lemon slices into the cuts you made in the fish earlier.
- 10. Pluck the remaining parsley leaves from the stems.
- 11. Chop the parsley leaves finely.
- 12. Mix the chopped herbs with the breadcrumbs, lemon juice, and olive oil to form the crust.
- 13. Halve the garlic cloves.
- 14. Mix the garlic pieces with the herb and breadcrumb mixture.
- 15. Serve the finished fish according to your preference together with toasted white bread.
