  1. 1. Wash the chard thoroughly.
  2. 2. Remove the tough stems from the chard.
  3. 3. Slice the chard leaves into thin strips.
  4. 4. Peel the garlic.
  5. 5. Mince the garlic very finely.
  6. 6. Heat two tablespoons of olive oil in a pan.
  7. 7. Add the chard to the hot pan.
  8. 8. Sauté the chard for about five minutes.
  9. 9. Stir constantly while doing so.
  10. 10. Stir in half of the minced garlic into the chard.
  11. 11. Season the chard mixture with salt and pepper.
  12. 12. Set the chard mixture aside.
  13. 13. Wash the sea bream.
  14. 14. Pat the fish dry with a kitchen towel.
  15. 15. Make two to three diagonal cuts on each side of the fish.
  16. 16. Drizzle the fish with lemon juice.
  17. 17. Season the fish inside and outside generously with salt and pepper.
  18. 18. Stuff the belly cavity of the fish with a portion of the chard mixture.
  19. 19. Slice the olives into thin rounds.
  20. 20. Put the lemon zest into a small bowl.
  21. 21. Add the remaining garlic to the bowl.
  22. 22. Add the parsley to the bowl.
  23. 23. Add the sliced almonds to the bowl.
  24. 24. Add one tablespoon of olive oil to the bowl.
  25. 25. Mix the ingredients in the bowl well.
  26. 26. Season the aromatic mixture with salt and pepper.
  27. 27. Cut pieces from parchment paper.
  28. 28. Brush the parchment paper pieces with one tablespoon of oil.
  29. 29. Spread the remaining chard on the paper.
  30. 30. Place the stuffed fish on the chard.
  31. 31. Add the garlic-almond mixture over the fish.
  32. 32. Sprinkle everything with the olive slices.
  33. 33. Drizzle the fish with two more tablespoons of olive oil.
  34. 34. Fold the parchment paper carefully into a sealed packet.
  35. 35. Ensure the fish is enclosed inside the packet.
  36. 36. Preheat the oven to 200 degrees Celsius.
  37. 37. Place the packets in the preheated oven.
  38. 38. Bake the packets for about twenty minutes.
  39. 39. Remove the packets when the fish is cooked through.
