  9. 9. Crumble the yeast directly into the bowl.
  10. 10. Work all ingredients vigorously by hand or with a mixer.
  11. 11. Knead until a smooth dough forms.
  12. 12. Cut the butter into small cubes.
  13. 13. Knead the butter cubes completely into the dough.
  14. 14. Check if the dough is soft and elastic.
  15. 15. Ensure the dough releases easily from the sides of the bowl.
  16. 16. Cover the bowl.
  17. 17. Let the yeast dough rise in a warm place for about 1 hour.
