🍽️ Creamy Mushroom Dip

Ingredients
- 5 mushrooms
- 1 tsp butter
- 1 tbsp chopped chives
- 60 g crème fraîche
- 40 g sour cream
- salt
- pepper (from the mill)
Instructions
- 1. Clean the mushrooms and wipe them with a damp kitchen cloth. Then chop the mushrooms very finely.
- 2. Heat the butter in a small pan. Sauté the mushrooms in it until the released liquid has completely evaporated.
- 3. Let the mixture cool down briefly. Then stir in the chives and the crème fraîche. Finally, season the dip to taste with salt and pepper.
