🍳 Crunchy Spelt Flakes with Fresh Pears and Almond Milk

Ingredients
- 2 pears
- 160 g spelt flakes (with almond slices)
- 500 ml almond drink (almond milk) (or regular milk)
- honey (to taste)
Instructions
- 1. Wash the pears thoroughly, cut them into quarters, remove the core, and dice the flesh into small cubes. Divide the spelt flakes and pear cubes evenly between two bowls. Pour one quarter of the almond milk over each portion and serve immediately.
- 2. If you prefer a sweeter taste, simply drizzle a little honey over the breakfast.
