  1. 1. Bring 400 milliliters of water with salt to a boil.
  2. 2. Add the spelt to the boiling water.
  3. 3. Simmer the spelt covered over medium heat for 25 to 30 minutes.
  4. 4. Soak the peanuts in 200 milliliters of water for 15 minutes.
  5. 5. Cut the lime in half.
  6. 6. Squeeze out the lime juice.
  7. 7. Trim and wash the beans.
  8. 8. Cook the beans in boiling water over medium heat for 7 to 8 minutes until al dente.
  9. 9. Drain the beans.
  10. 10. Rinse the beans with cold water to stop the cooking.
  11. 11. Let the beans drain.
  12. 12. Heat the oil in a pan.
  13. 13. Fry the beans in the pan for 3 minutes over medium heat.
  14. 14. Season the beans with salt and pepper.
  15. 15. Trim and wash the baby spinach.
  16. 16. Wash the grapes.
  17. 17. Cut the grapes in half.
  18. 18. Remove the seeds from the grapes if necessary.
  19. 19. Puree the soaked peanuts together with the soaking water for the dressing.
  20. 20. Season the sauce with salt and pepper.
  21. 21. Add 2 tablespoons of lime juice to the sauce.
  22. 22. Divide the drained spelt among 4 bowls.
  23. 23. Divide the beans among 4 bowls.
  24. 24. Divide the spinach among 4 bowls.
  25. 25. Divide the grapes among 4 bowls.
  26. 26. Drizzle the bowls with the dressing.
