  5. 5. Cut out round circles with a diameter of about 10 cm.

  7. 7. Add the grated ginger.
  8. 8. Add the sesame oil.
  9. 9. Sprinkle the pepper over it.
  10. 10. Add the finely chopped onion or leek.
  11. 11. Salt the mixture.
  12. 12. Mix everything well until the filling is uniform.
