🍽️ Dill Yogurt Dip

Ingredients
- 3 sprigs dill
- 1 clove garlic
- 1 unwaxed lemon
- 200 g yoghurt
- 1 tsp honey
- salt
- pepper (from the mill)
Instructions
- 1. Pluck the dill leaves from the stems and chop them coarsely. Peel the garlic clove and mince it very finely. Grate the lemon zest and squeeze out the juice.
- 2. Stir the yogurt until smooth with the lemon zest, garlic, dill, honey, and 4 to 5 tablespoons of water. Finally, season the mixture to taste with lemon juice, salt, and pepper.
