  6. 6. Pour in 250 milliliters of meat broth.
  7. 7. Cover the pot.
  8. 8. Let the meat braise on low heat for one hour.
  9. 9. Peel the potatoes, carrots, and celery.
  10. 10. Cut everything into small pieces.
  11. 11. Heat the remaining meat broth.
  12. 12. Add the potatoes and vegetables to the broth.
