🍽️ Juicy Pork Ribs with Braised Vegetables

Ingredients
- 1 kg thick ribs (in portion pieces)
- salt
- pepper
- 4 onions
- 2 tbsp rapeseed oil
- 750 ml meat broth
- 600 g mostly waxy potatoes
- 4 carrots
- 250 g celeriac
- 1 bunch parsley
Instructions
- 1. Season the ribs generously with salt and pepper.
- 2. Peel the onions and slice them into rings.
- 3. Heat rapeseed oil in a casserole dish.
- 4. Sear the ribs on all sides.
- 5. Add the onion rings and fry briefly.
- 6. Pour in 250 milliliters of meat broth.
- 7. Cover the pot.
- 8. Let the meat braise on low heat for one hour.
- 9. Peel the potatoes, carrots, and celery.
- 10. Cut everything into small pieces.
- 11. Heat the remaining meat broth.
- 12. Add the potatoes and vegetables to the broth.
- 13. Cook for 30 minutes until tender.
- 14. Season the vegetables with salt and pepper to finish.
- 15. Wash the parsley and shake off excess water.
- 16. Chop the parsley finely.
- 17. Plate the tender ribs together with the onions and vegetables.
- 18. Sprinkle the dish with fresh parsley.
- 19. Serve immediately.
