  3. 3. Drain the water and rinse the beans with cold water to cool them down quickly.
  4. 4. Let the beans drain well in a sieve.
  5. 5. Remove the outer skin from the beans if necessary.
  6. 6. Rinse the chickpeas in a sieve under running water.
  7. 7. Let the chickpeas drain well as well.
  8. 8. Cut the chili pepper in half lengthwise.
  9. 9. Remove the seeds from the chili pepper.
  10. 10. Wash the deseeded chili peppers.
  11. 11. Finely chop the chili peppers.

  36. 36. Remove the pan from the oven when the mixture is set and lightly browned.
  37. 37. Cut the finished pancake into pieces.
