  1. 1. Drain the peaches and cut them into wedges. Wash the raspberries, remove any stems, and place them in a pot with 2 to 3 tablespoons of water. Cook briefly until the raspberries are soft. Then, push the mixture through a fine sieve and stir in the powdered sugar.
  2. 2. Spoon the vanilla ice cream and peaches into small ice cream dishes. Pour the raspberry sauce over them. Serve with whipped cream on the side if you like.
