🍰 Fruity Yogurt and Quark Dessert

Ingredients
- 2 Apples
- 8 Apricots
- 220 ml Apple juice
- 1 tbsp Lemon juice
- 100 g Walnut kernels
- 600 g Plain yogurt
- 200 g Quark
- 4 tbsp Honey
Instructions
- 1. Wash the apples, peel them, and remove the core. Dice the flesh into small cubes. Wash the apricots, halve them, remove the pits, and cut them into small pieces as well.
- 2. Place the fruit in a small saucepan with the apple juice and lemon juice. Simmer the mixture for 3 to 4 minutes over medium heat. Remove the pan from the heat and let the fruit cool down. Roughly chop the nuts.
- 3. Stir the yogurt and quark (a type of fresh cheese) together in a bowl. Fill the mixture into small serving dishes. Top with the cooled fruit. Sprinkle each dessert with the chopped nuts and drizzle with honey.
