🍽️ Delicate potato with smoked trout and caviar

Ingredients
- 12 small, new potatoes (approx. 70 g each)
- 250 g cream cheese
- 1 tbsp freshly chopped basil
- salt
- pepper (from the mill)
- 100 g smoked trout
- 100 g caviar
- dill tips (for garnishing)
Instructions
- 1. Wash the potatoes thoroughly and steam them for about 20 minutes until cooked. Let them cool down afterwards and carefully hollow out the inside. Mix the cream cheese with the basil and season the mixture with a little salt and pepper.
- 2. Fill the potatoes with the cheese mixture and place a piece of smoked trout on top. Place the caviar on top and serve garnished with dill.
