  7. 7. Peel the garlic and press it through a garlic press.
  8. 8. Add the pressed garlic to the onion mixture.
  9. 9. Stir the tomato paste into the vegetables.
  10. 10. Add the potato cubes to the pot.
  11. 11. Pour the vegetable broth over the potatoes.
  12. 12. Remove the needles from the fresh rosemary and add them.
  13. 13. Add the curry powder to the pan.
  14. 14. Add the cumin (a spice made from cumin seeds).
  15. 15. Stir all the spices in well.
