🍽️ Hearty sausage salad with pickles and onions

Ingredients
- 6 Regensburg sausages
- 150 ml lukewarm meat broth
- 1 tsp hot mustard
- 2 tbsp red wine vinegar
- salt
- pepper (from the mill)
- 3 tbsp germ oil
- 1 onion
- 4 gherkins
- 2 tbsp chive rings
Instructions
- 1. Slice the Regensburg sausages into thin rounds and place them in a bowl. For the marinade, mix the broth with mustard, vinegar, salt, and pepper. Stir in the oil and pour the mixture over the sausage slices. Let the salad marinate for at least two hours.
- 2. Peel the onion and slice it into rings. Slice the pickles and mix them with the onion rings into the sausage salad. Taste the marinade again and serve the salad garnished with chopped chives.
