🍽️ Hearty Beef Fillet Pan

Ingredients
- 200 g mushrooms
- 2 tbsp parsley
- 50 g smoked ham
- 1 onion
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- salt
- pepper (from the mill)
- 50 ml red wine
- 4 slices beef fillet (a approx. 100 g)

- 3 tbsp olive oil
Instructions
- 1. Wash the mushrooms thoroughly and slice them thinly.
- 2. Dice the ham into small cubes.
- 3. Peel the onion and dice it finely.
- 4. Heat the oil in an oven-safe pan.
- 5. Sauté the onion cubes until they are translucent.
- 6. Add the ham and mushrooms to the pan.
- 7. Season the vegetables with salt and pepper.
- 8. Wait until the mushroom juice has completely evaporated.
- 9. Stir in the parsley and red wine.
- 10. Rub the beef fillet slices with pepper and lemon juice.
- 11. Place the fillets on top of the vegetables in the pan.
- 12. Drizzle the fillets with olive oil.
- 13. Place the pan on the middle rack in the preheated oven at 200°C conventional heat.
- 14. Turn the fillet steaks twice during the cooking time of about 8 to 12 minutes.
- 15. Season the steaks with salt to taste when turning them.
