  3. 3. Blanch the potato slices (briefly cook in boiling water) in salted water for 1 to 2 minutes.

  5. 5. Peel the onions and slice them into rings.
  6. 6. Melt the butter.
  7. 7. Grease the baking dish with the melted butter so nothing sticks.
  8. 8. Wash the parsley and shake off excess water.
  9. 9. Pick the parsley leaves off the stems.
  10. 10. Place one-third of the potato slices into the prepared dish.
