  2. 2. Wipe the deep pizza baking tray with a little oil.
  3. 3. Sprinkle flour on the work surface.
  4. 4. Roll out the yeast dough on the floured surface.
  5. 5. Place the dough in the prepared pan.
  6. 6. Press up a small edge.
  7. 7. Prick the base several times with a fork.
  8. 8. Brush the base with olive oil.
  9. 9. Place the pan in the preheated oven.
  10. 10. Pre-bake the base for about 10 minutes.
  11. 11. Remove the sausage from the casing.
  12. 12. Heat 1-2 tablespoons of oil in a pan.
  13. 13. Fry the sausage meat in small balls briefly.
  14. 14. Peel the onion.
  15. 15. Halve the onion.
  16. 16. Cut the onion into strips.
  17. 17. Wash the bell pepper.
  18. 18. Remove the core of the bell pepper.
  19. 19. Cut the bell pepper into thin strips.
  20. 20. Peel the garlic.
  21. 21. Chop the garlic finely.
  22. 22. Add onions, peppers, and garlic to the meat.
  23. 23. Fry the mixture while stirring for a few minutes.

  35. 35. Place the pizza back in the oven.
  36. 36. Finish baking the pizza for 15-20 minutes.

  38. 38. Remove the pizza from the pan.
  39. 39. Garnish the pizza with basil.
