🍽️ Dates with Marzipan Filling

Ingredients
- 250 g dates
- 75 g marzipan base
- 30 g powdered sugar
- 1 tbsp orange liqueur
- 50 g coating chocolate
- 2 tbsp almond kernels
Instructions
- 1. Melt the chocolate. Mix the marzipan base with the powdered sugar and orange liqueur until smooth. Finally, stir the melted chocolate into the marzipan mixture.
- 2. Slice the dates lengthwise, but do not cut all the way through. Remove the pits.
- 3. Put the marzipan mixture into a piping bag with a round tip. Pipe the filling into the dates. Sprinkle the filled dates with ground almonds for garnish.
