🍽️ Bacon-wrapped Dates with Sherry-Orange Sauce

Ingredients
- 2 tbsp dry sherry
- 2 tbsp orange juice
- 150 g dates (pitted)
- 150 g serrano ham
Instructions
- 1. Mix sherry and orange juice in a bowl. Pour the liquid over the dates and let them soak for 20 minutes.
- 2. Cut the ham into halves or thirds depending on size. Wrap one date in a piece of ham and secure it with a toothpick.
- 3. Fry the dates in a pan over medium heat on all sides. Pour the sherry-orange mixture in and quickly reduce the liquid. Remove the pan from the heat and let the dates cool down.
