  1. 1. Put the pistachios and the oats into a food processor or a blender.
  2. 2. Grind the ingredients into a fine flour.
  3. 3. Take the mixture out of the device and set it aside.
  4. 4. Put the dates and the cranberries into the same device.
  5. 5. Puree the fruits into a sticky mass.
  6. 6. Add the prepared pistachios, oats, chia seeds, and almonds to the fruit mixture.
  7. 7. Mix all ingredients well together.
  8. 8. Make sure that a uniform, sticky mass is formed.
  9. 9. Place a piece of baking paper on a work surface.
  10. 10. Press the mixture flat and rectangular onto the paper.
  11. 11. Aim for a thickness of about one centimeter.
  12. 12. Cut the plate into 20 equal bars.
