Ingredients
- 30 g pistachio kernels
- 30 g rolled oats
- 350 g dried dates (pitted)
- 15 g dried cranberries (unsweetened or naturally sweetened)
- 2 tbsp chia seeds
- 100 g ground almonds
Instructions
- 1. Put the pistachios and the oats into a food processor or a blender.
- 2. Grind the ingredients into a fine flour.
- 3. Take the mixture out of the device and set it aside.
- 4. Put the dates and the cranberries into the same device.
- 5. Puree the fruits into a sticky mass.
- 6. Add the prepared pistachios, oats, chia seeds, and almonds to the fruit mixture.
- 7. Mix all ingredients well together.
- 8. Make sure that a uniform, sticky mass is formed.
- 9. Place a piece of baking paper on a work surface.
- 10. Press the mixture flat and rectangular onto the paper.
- 11. Aim for a thickness of about one centimeter.
- 12. Cut the plate into 20 equal bars.
- 13. Put the bars in the refrigerator.
- 14. Let them set for about two hours.
- 15. Take the bars out for consumption only after this time.
