Ingredients
- 1 tbsp dried ginger
- 1 stalk lemongrass (only the white and light green parts)
- 1 tsp ground fenugreek
- 0.5 tsp lime zest (organic)
- 1 pinch turmeric
- 200 g coarse sea salt
Instructions
- 1. Roughly chop the ginger and lemongrass. Mix the pieces thoroughly with fenugreek, the grated lime zest, turmeric, and sea salt.
- 2. Transfer the mixture into a jar. Seal it tightly to keep air out and store it in a dry place.
