🍽️ Curry Red Mullet

Ingredients
- 6 g Ginger (1 piece)
- 1 tbsp Curry paste
- 100 g Yogurt (1.5% fat)
- 400 g Red snapper fillet (2 Red snapper fillets)
- Salt
- 1 tbsp Rapeseed oil
- 1 Lime (to taste)
Instructions
- 1. Peel the ginger and chop it finely. Place the ginger pieces into a baking dish. Add the curry paste and yogurt, then stir everything well with a spoon.
- 2. Rinse the red mullet fillets under running water and pat them dry with a kitchen towel. Cut the fillets in half across the middle. Place the fish pieces into the yogurt marinade. Cover the dish and let the fish marinate for about 30 minutes to absorb the flavors.
- 3. Carefully remove the fish fillets from the marinade. Scrape off the yogurt from the fillets using a knife. Season the fish pieces now with a pinch of salt.
- 4. Lightly grease an aluminum foil grill pan with oil. Place the fish fillets into the pan. Grill the fish for 2 to 3 minutes on each side. Drizzle with lime juice if desired, or serve the fish with fresh lime wedges.
