  4. 4. Boil the broccoli florets in the boiling water for 4 minutes.
  5. 5. Drain the water and let the broccoli drain well.
  6. 6. Peel the carrot completely.
  7. 7. Slice the peeled carrot into thin rounds.
  8. 8. Put the carrot slices in the boiling salted water for a short time (this is called blanching).
  9. 9. Peel the mango and carefully remove the flesh from the pit.
  10. 10. Cut the mango flesh into small, bite-sized cubes.
  11. 11. Heat the olive oil in a large pan.
  12. 12. Add the beef mince to the hot pan.
  13. 13. Fry the meat until it breaks into small crumbs and is lightly browned.
  14. 14. Add the drained broccoli and carrot slices to the meat.
