🍳 Crunchy Coconut Granola

Ingredients
- 4 tbsp coconut oil
- 1 tbsp agave syrup
- 100 g cashew nuts
- 100 g almond kernels
- 300 g spelt flakes
- 4 tbsp ground flaxseeds
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1 pinch salt
Instructions
- 1. Melt the coconut oil and agave syrup in a pot over very low heat.
- 2. Meanwhile, chop the nuts and mix them with spelt flakes and flaxseeds. Add cinnamon, salt, and the melted oil-syrup mixture, then stir everything thoroughly.
- 3. Spread the mixture on a baking sheet lined with baking paper. Bake the granola in the preheated oven at 180 degrees (convection 160 degrees or gas mark 2 to 3) for about 15 to 20 minutes. Stir the granola several times during baking.
- 4. Let the crunchy coconut granola cool down completely, then fill it into airtight jars.
