  1. 1. Preheat your oven to 180 degrees Celsius with top and bottom heat. If you are using fan-assisted cooking, set the temperature to 160 degrees Celsius.
  2. 2. Put flour, ground almonds, oat flakes, honey, vanilla powder, and coconut oil into a bowl.
  3. 3. Work the ingredients together roughly using your fingers or a fork.
  4. 4. Continue working the mixture until it forms a crumbly texture.
  5. 5. Thoroughly wash the mirabelles under running water.
  6. 6. Cut the fruits in half.
  7. 7. Remove the pits from the halved mirabelles.
  8. 8. Place the pitted fruits into a bowl.
  9. 9. Drizzle the mirabelles with lemon juice.
  10. 10. Divide the mirabelles evenly among four jam jars.
  11. 11. Generously distribute the prepared crumble topping over the fruits in the jars.
  12. 12. Place the jars into the preheated oven.
  13. 13. Bake the crumbles for 20 to 25 minutes.
  14. 14. Make sure that the lids of the jars remain open during baking.
  15. 15. Take the jars out of the oven when the surface is baked golden brown.
  16. 16. Serve the crumble immediately while hot in the jar.
