🍰 Crunchy Mirabelle Crumble

Ingredients
- 70 g spelt whole wheat flour
- 50 g ground almond kernels
- 50 g rolled oats
- 50 g honey
- 0.5 tsp vanilla powder
- 100 g coconut oil
- 400 g mirabelle plums
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
Instructions
- 1. Preheat your oven to 180 degrees Celsius with top and bottom heat. If you are using fan-assisted cooking, set the temperature to 160 degrees Celsius.
- 2. Put flour, ground almonds, oat flakes, honey, vanilla powder, and coconut oil into a bowl.
- 3. Work the ingredients together roughly using your fingers or a fork.
- 4. Continue working the mixture until it forms a crumbly texture.
- 5. Thoroughly wash the mirabelles under running water.
- 6. Cut the fruits in half.
- 7. Remove the pits from the halved mirabelles.
- 8. Place the pitted fruits into a bowl.
- 9. Drizzle the mirabelles with lemon juice.
- 10. Divide the mirabelles evenly among four jam jars.
- 11. Generously distribute the prepared crumble topping over the fruits in the jars.
- 12. Place the jars into the preheated oven.
- 13. Bake the crumbles for 20 to 25 minutes.
- 14. Make sure that the lids of the jars remain open during baking.
- 15. Take the jars out of the oven when the surface is baked golden brown.
- 16. Serve the crumble immediately while hot in the jar.
