🍽️ Crispy Rosemary Croutons

Ingredients
- 4 slices toast bread (or white bread)
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 2 fresh garlic cloves
- 2 sprigs rosemary
- 1 tbsp butter
- sea salt
- chili powder
Instructions
- 1. Cut the toast slices into small cubes.
- 2. Heat oil in a pan.
- 3. Fry the toast cubes in the hot pan for about 3 minutes until golden brown.
- 4. Turn or shake the cubes occasionally while doing so.
- 5. Peel the garlic.
- 6. Chop the garlic finely.
- 7. Rinse the rosemary.
- 8. Shake the rosemary dry.
- 9. Strip the rosemary needles from the stems.
- 10. Chop the rosemary needles finely.
- 11. Mix the garlic and the rosemary with the butter.
- 12. Add the butter mixture and the croutons to the pan.
- 13. Finish frying everything together for another 1 to 2 minutes.
- 14. Season the croutons with salt and chili.
- 15. Let the croutons drain on kitchen paper.
- 16. Let the croutons cool down completely.
- 17. Fill the cooled croutons into small cellophane bags.
