  1. 1. Cut the toast slices into small cubes.
  2. 2. Heat oil in a pan.
  3. 3. Fry the toast cubes in the hot pan for about 3 minutes until golden brown.
  4. 4. Turn or shake the cubes occasionally while doing so.
  5. 5. Peel the garlic.
  6. 6. Chop the garlic finely.
  7. 7. Rinse the rosemary.
  8. 8. Shake the rosemary dry.
  9. 9. Strip the rosemary needles from the stems.
  10. 10. Chop the rosemary needles finely.
  11. 11. Mix the garlic and the rosemary with the butter.
  12. 12. Add the butter mixture and the croutons to the pan.
  13. 13. Finish frying everything together for another 1 to 2 minutes.
  14. 14. Season the croutons with salt and chili.
  15. 15. Let the croutons drain on kitchen paper.
  16. 16. Let the croutons cool down completely.
  17. 17. Fill the cooled croutons into small cellophane bags.
