🍽️ Crispy Baguette Toppers with Tomato-Onion-Parsley Salad

Ingredients
- 200 g cocktail tomatoes
- 1 onion
- 2 tbsp freshly chopped parsley
- lemon juice
- sea salt
- 8 slices baguette
- 1 garlic clove
- 2 tbsp olive oil
Instructions
- 1. Switch your oven to the grill setting and preheat it.
- 2. Wash the tomatoes thoroughly.
- 3. Cut the washed tomatoes into quarters.
- 4. Peel the onion completely.
- 5. Chop the peeled onion very finely.
- 6. Mix the tomato pieces, the chopped onion, and the parsley in a bowl.
- 7. Add some lemon juice to the vegetable mixture.
- 8. Season the mixture with a pinch of salt.
- 9. Place the baguette slices on a baking sheet.
- 10. Toast the slices in the oven for 2 to 3 minutes.
- 11. Turn the slices and toast them for another 2 to 3 minutes.
- 12. Take the crispy slices out of the oven.
- 13. Take a garlic clove and cut it in half lengthwise.
- 14. Rub the cut surfaces of the garlic halves over the hot baguette slices.
- 15. Drizzle some oil over the seasoned slices.
- 16. Distribute the tomato-onion mixture evenly over the slices.
- 17. Serve the dish immediately.
