🍽️ Crispy Toasts with Fresh Spinach

Ingredients
- 2 slices whole wheat toast
- 100 g spinach (fresh)
- 40 g bacon cubes
- 2 tbsp shallot cubes
- salt
- pepper (from the mill)
- 2 tbsp butter
Instructions
- 1. Rinse the spinach thoroughly and boil it in salted water for 2 minutes. Immediately plunge it into ice water to stop the cooking process, then squeeze it well to remove excess moisture.
- 2. Sauté the bacon and shallots in butter until they are soft and translucent. Add the spinach and cook it briefly together. Place the finished mixture on top of the toasted white bread slices.
