🍽️ Crunchy Crostini with Creamy Olive and Tomato Spread

Ingredients
- 100 g pitted black olives
- 2 tbsp tomato paste
- 1 tsp mustard seeds
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp balsamic vinegar
- salt
- pepper from the mill
- 8 slices baguette
- 1 tbsp pine nuts
- 1 tbsp capers
Instructions
- 1. Place the olives, tomato paste, and mustard seeds into a blender or use the hand blender's whisk attachment. Blend the ingredients until you have a smooth paste. Stir in the oil and vinegar. Season the mixture generously with salt and pepper.
- 2. Place the baguette slices under the grill until they are golden brown and crispy. Spread the olive paste evenly over the toasted slices. Sprinkle the pine nuts and capers on top and serve the crostini immediately.
