🍽️ Crispy Crostini with Fresh Crayfish Salad

Ingredients
- 12 slices whole wheat baguette
- 2 spring onions
- 2 tbsp crème fraîche
- 2 tbsp sour cream
- 1 tsp mustard
- 350 g crayfish meat
- 2 tbsp fresh chopped dill
- lemon juice
- salt
- pepper
- dill tips (for garnish)
Instructions
- 1. Preheat the oven and activate the grill function.
- 2. Place the bread slices on a wire rack.
- 3. Toast the slices in the oven until both sides are golden brown and crispy.
- 4. Remove the bread slices from the oven.
- 5. Let the slices cool down for a short moment.
- 6. Wash the spring onions thoroughly.
- 7. Trim the ends of the spring onions.
- 8. Slice the spring onions into thin rings.
- 9. Put the spring onion rings into a bowl.
- 10. Add crème fraîche to the bowl.
- 11. Add sour cream to the bowl.
- 12. Add mustard to the bowl.
- 13. Stir the sauce well until it is creamy.
- 14. Gently fold the crayfish into the sauce.
- 15. Gently fold the dill into the sauce.
- 16. Add lemon juice to the salad.
- 17. Season the salad with salt.
- 18. Season the salad with pepper.
- 19. Spread the crayfish salad evenly onto the bread slices.
- 20. Garnish the crostini with fresh dill tips.
- 21. Serve the finished crostini.
