  1. 1. Boil the peas in salted water for 8 minutes. Peel the garlic clove and press it. Finely chop the mint (to taste). Put cream cheese, garlic, mint, and peas into a blender. Blend until smooth and season with salt and pepper.
  2. 2. Toast the mixed bread in a toaster. Heat the frying oil. Fry the duck breast and mint leaves briefly in the hot oil. Place them on kitchen paper to drain the oil.
  3. 3. Spread the pea cream onto the toasted bread. Garnish with the fried duck slices and mint leaves.
