Ingredients
- 1 avocado
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- salt
- pepper (from the mill)
- tabasco
- 8 slices baguette
Instructions
- 1. Preheat the oven to 250 degrees Celsius. Cut the avocado in half, remove the pit, and scoop out the flesh. Mash the flesh with a fork to make a puree and mix it with lemon juice, a few drops of Tabasco sauce, salt, and pepper.
- 2. Place the bread slices in the oven and toast them until golden brown. Remove them from the oven, spread the avocado mixture on top, and serve immediately.
