  7. 7. Stir the ice cream repeatedly to prevent it from freezing into a solid block.
  8. 8. Let the ice cream freeze for a total of 6 hours.
  9. 9. Whisk the eggs, milk, and sparkling water together in a separate bowl.
  10. 10. Add the flour and a pinch of salt.
  11. 11. Knead everything into a smooth batter.
