🍽️ Creamy Salmon Tartare

Ingredients
- 600 g salmon fillet
- 200 g whipping cream
- 1 bunch dill
- 2 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 tsp Dijon mustard
- salt
- pepper
- 1 tomato
Instructions
- 1. Rinse the salmon under running water.
- 2. Pat the fish dry with a kitchen towel.
- 3. Slice the salmon into thin pieces.
- 4. Finely chop the slices.
- 5. Mix the fish with lemon juice and mustard.
- 6. Place the mixture in the refrigerator for about 10 minutes.
- 7. Pour boiling water over the tomato briefly.
- 8. Immediately cool the tomato in cold water.
- 9. Peel the cooled tomato.
- 10. Cut the tomato into quarters.
- 11. Remove the core of the tomato.
- 12. Dice the tomato into small cubes.
- 13. Wash the dill.
- 14. Shake the dill dry.
- 15. Set aside four small dill sprigs for garnish.
- 16. Finely chop the remaining dill.
- 17. Take the salmon mixture out of the refrigerator.
- 18. Stir the cream into the salmon mixture.
- 19. Stir the chopped dill into the mixture.
- 20. Season the salmon with salt and pepper.
- 21. Divide the cream among four small bowls.
- 22. Garnish the dish with the tomato cubes and dill sprigs.
- 23. Serve the salmon tartare alongside fresh baguette.
