🍽️ Creamy Mashed Potatoes

Ingredients
- 750 g starchy potatoes
- salt
- 50 g hazelnuts
- 0.5 bunch parsley
- 200 ml milk (1.5% fat)
- pepper
- nutmeg
- 40 g butter
- 1 tbsp olive oil
Instructions
- 1. Wash the potatoes, peel them, and boil them in salted water for about 20 minutes.
- 2. Meanwhile, roughly chop the hazelnuts. Wash the parsley, shake it dry, pluck off the leaves, and chop them.
- 3. Heat the milk until it is just about to boil.
- 4. Drain the potatoes. Place the pot with the potatoes briefly on the turned-off stove burner and let any remaining liquid evaporate.
- 5. Mash the potatoes.
- 6. Stir in the warm milk using a whisk. Season with salt, pepper, and a pinch of freshly grated nutmeg.
- 7. Let the butter and olive oil foam in a small saucepan. Add the nuts and parsley and sauté briefly. Pour the mixture over the mashed potatoes.
