  1. 1. Put the rice into 200 milliliters of boiling water and let it cook for about 10 minutes with a lid on. Remove from heat and let it cool down.
  2. 2. Cut one orange in half and squeeze out the juice. Stir the yogurt, honey, and orange juice together well.
  3. 3. Peel the second orange thickly so that the white pith underneath is also removed.
  4. 4. Carefully cut the orange segments out of the membranes. Catch the released juice and stir it into the yogurt mixture.
  5. 5. Wash the apple and dry it. Cut it into quarters and remove the core. Peel the banana and the kiwi. Dice the fruit and mix it together.
  6. 6. Toast the sunflower seeds in a pan without adding any extra fat.
  7. 7. Stir the cooled rice into the yogurt. Sprinkle the fruit salad with the toasted sunflower seeds and serve it together with the yogurt rice.
