🍰 Creamy Yogurt Rice

Ingredients
- 100 g Basmati rice
- 400 g Oranges (2 Oranges)
- 200 g Yogurt (1,5 % fat)
- 1 tsp Honey
- 125 g small Apples (1 small Apple)
- 125 g small Bananas (1 small Banana)
- 1 Kiwi
- 1 tbsp Sunflower seeds
Instructions
- 1. Put the rice into 200 milliliters of boiling water and let it cook for about 10 minutes with a lid on. Remove from heat and let it cool down.
- 2. Cut one orange in half and squeeze out the juice. Stir the yogurt, honey, and orange juice together well.
- 3. Peel the second orange thickly so that the white pith underneath is also removed.
- 4. Carefully cut the orange segments out of the membranes. Catch the released juice and stir it into the yogurt mixture.
- 5. Wash the apple and dry it. Cut it into quarters and remove the core. Peel the banana and the kiwi. Dice the fruit and mix it together.
- 6. Toast the sunflower seeds in a pan without adding any extra fat.
- 7. Stir the cooled rice into the yogurt. Sprinkle the fruit salad with the toasted sunflower seeds and serve it together with the yogurt rice.
