  1. 1. Gently press the skin of the pomegranate fruit all around.
  2. 2. Cut the fruit in half.
  3. 3. Carefully remove the seeds from the fruit.
  4. 4. Gently wash the raspberries and blackberries.
  5. 5. Pat the berries dry with a cloth.
  6. 6. Set aside a few raspberries for decoration.
  7. 7. Mash the rest of the berries with a fork.
  8. 8. Add half of the pomegranate seeds to the yogurt.
  9. 9. Add the lemon juice.
  10. 10. Add the honey.
  11. 11. Add the vanilla powder.
  12. 12. Stir everything well into the yogurt.
  13. 13. Fill the yogurt mixture into four glasses.
  14. 14. Wash the mint.
  15. 15. Shake the mint dry.
  16. 16. Pluck the mint leaves from the stems.
  17. 17. Decorate the yogurt with the remaining pomegranate seeds.
  18. 18. Decorate the yogurt with the reserved raspberries.
  19. 19. Decorate the yogurt with the mint leaves.
