🍰 Creamy Yogurt with Berries

Ingredients
- 1 pomegranate
- 200 g raspberries
- 150 g blackberries
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 15 g honey (1 tbsp)
- 1 tsp vanilla powder
- 500 g yogurt (3.5% fat)
- 4 sprigs mint
Instructions
- 1. Gently press the skin of the pomegranate fruit all around.
- 2. Cut the fruit in half.
- 3. Carefully remove the seeds from the fruit.
- 4. Gently wash the raspberries and blackberries.
- 5. Pat the berries dry with a cloth.
- 6. Set aside a few raspberries for decoration.
- 7. Mash the rest of the berries with a fork.
- 8. Add half of the pomegranate seeds to the yogurt.
- 9. Add the lemon juice.
- 10. Add the honey.
- 11. Add the vanilla powder.
- 12. Stir everything well into the yogurt.
- 13. Fill the yogurt mixture into four glasses.
- 14. Wash the mint.
- 15. Shake the mint dry.
- 16. Pluck the mint leaves from the stems.
- 17. Decorate the yogurt with the remaining pomegranate seeds.
- 18. Decorate the yogurt with the reserved raspberries.
- 19. Decorate the yogurt with the mint leaves.
