🍰 Creamy Fruit Quark

Ingredients
- 200 g Oranges (1 Orange)
- 100 g dried fruit (e.g. apricots, plums, apple rings, figs)
- 10 g chopped almond kernels (1 tbsp)
- 10 g pine nuts (1 tbsp)
- 250 g low-fat quark
- 2 tbsp mineral water (sparkling)
Instructions
- 1. Cut the orange in half and squeeze out the juice.
- 2. Dice the dried fruit finely. Pour the orange juice over it and let the mixture soak for about 15 minutes.
- 3. Meanwhile, toast the almonds and pine nuts in a non-stick pan without fat until golden brown, stirring constantly. Transfer them to a plate and let them cool down slightly.
- 4. Whisk the quark with mineral water until creamy. Stir in the marinated fruit cubes along with the liquid.
- 5. Divide the fruit quark among glasses and sprinkle with the toasted almonds and pine nuts.
