  2. 2. Dice the dried fruit finely. Pour the orange juice over it and let the mixture soak for about 15 minutes.
  3. 3. Meanwhile, toast the almonds and pine nuts in a non-stick pan without fat until golden brown, stirring constantly. Transfer them to a plate and let them cool down slightly.
  4. 4. Whisk the quark with mineral water until creamy. Stir in the marinated fruit cubes along with the liquid.
  5. 5. Divide the fruit quark among glasses and sprinkle with the toasted almonds and pine nuts.
