🍽️ Creamy Celery Mustard Sauce

Ingredients
- 4 shallots
- 200 g celeriac
- 1 tbsp butter
- 100 ml vegetable broth
- 200 ml whipping cream
- 2 tbsp medium-hot mustard
- salt
Instructions
- 1. Peel the shallots and celery and cut everything into small cubes. Heat the butter in a pot and sauté the shallots in it briefly until they are soft and translucent.
- 2. Add the celery and fry it briefly. Deglaze with vegetable broth and cream, let it simmer for about 10 minutes over low heat, and then strain the sauce through a fine sieve.
- 3. Reheat the sauce briefly before serving and stir in the mustard. Season to taste with salt and serve, for example, with pasta.
