  4. 4. Season the soup to taste with salt, pepper, and a pinch of ground nutmeg.
  5. 5. Wash the radishes thoroughly under running water.
  6. 6. Remove the green stems from the radishes.
  7. 7. Cut the radishes into thin matchsticks or grate them finely.
  8. 8. Take half of the prepared radishes and stir them into the soup.
  9. 9. Blend the soup briefly to make it even creamier.
  10. 10. Gently fold in the remaining radishes into the soup to keep them crunchy.
  11. 11. Divide the soup among plates or bowls.
  12. 12. Garnish each serving with 1 to 2 tablespoons of daisy flowers.
