🍽️ Creamy hot chocolate

Ingredients
- 60 g chocolate (semi-sweet)
- 350 ml milk
- 1 tbsp sugar
- 50 g whipped cream
- 1 egg yolk
- cocoa powder (for dusting)
Instructions
- 1. Roughly chop the chocolate and melt it in a pot over very low heat. Add the milk and heat the mixture while stirring constantly until it boils. Remove the pot from the heat.
- 2. Whisk the egg yolks with the sugar and stir the mixture into the warm chocolate milk using a whisk. Fill the liquid into glasses or cups. Add one to two tablespoons of cream to each glass and dust with cocoa powder before serving.
