🍽️ Creamy Broccoli Soup

Ingredients
- 250 g broccoli florets
- 1 onion
- 1 garlic clove
- 1 tsp sunflower oil
- 300 ml vegetable broth
- 1 small red chili pepper
- 100 ml milk (1.5% fat)
- 20 g crème fraîche (1 tbsp)
- salt
- pepper
Instructions
- 1. Wash the broccoli florets thoroughly. Peel the onion and the garlic clove and cut them into small cubes.
- 2. Heat the oil in a pot. Sauté the onion and garlic in it over medium heat until translucent. Add the broccoli and sauté it for about 5 minutes.
- 3. Pour in the broth and let the soup simmer over low heat for about 10 minutes. Meanwhile, wash the chili pepper, remove the seeds, and chop it finely.
- 4. Stir the milk into the soup, bring it to a boil, and blend it until smooth. Stir in the crème fraîche and season with salt and pepper. Divide the soup into two bowls and garnish with the chili.
