  1. 1. Wash the broccoli florets thoroughly. Peel the onion and the garlic clove and cut them into small cubes.
  2. 2. Heat the oil in a pot. Sauté the onion and garlic in it over medium heat until translucent. Add the broccoli and sauté it for about 5 minutes.
  3. 3. Pour in the broth and let the soup simmer over low heat for about 10 minutes. Meanwhile, wash the chili pepper, remove the seeds, and chop it finely.
  4. 4. Stir the milk into the soup, bring it to a boil, and blend it until smooth. Stir in the crème fraîche and season with salt and pepper. Divide the soup into two bowls and garnish with the chili.
