  1. 1. Rinse the cranberries under running water.
  2. 2. Let the berries drain well in a sieve.
  3. 3. Place the cranberries in a pot.
  4. 4. Add the honey.
  5. 5. Pour in a splash of water.
  6. 6. Bring the mixture to a boil over medium heat.
  7. 7. Let the mixture simmer gently for about 5 minutes.
  8. 8. Stir the agar-agar (a plant-based gelling agent) into the fruit mixture.
  9. 9. Mix the ingredients well together.
  10. 10. Bring the jam back to a boil.
  11. 11. Fill the prepared jars to the brim with the warm jam.
  12. 12. Seal the jars tightly with the lids.
  13. 13. Turn the jars upside down for 10 minutes.
  14. 14. Flip the jars back over.
  15. 15. Let the jam cool down completely in the jars.
