🥤 Cranberry Spice Punch

Ingredients
- 12 g Ginger (1 piece)
- 0.5 small organic lemon
- 5 Cloves
- 1 tbsp dried cranberries
- 50 ml Cranberry juice (unsweetened)
Instructions
- 1. Peel the ginger and slice it into paper-thin rounds.
- 2. Rinse the lemon under hot water and pat it dry. Peel the skin thinly and then squeeze the juice from the lemon.
- 3. Place about two-thirds of the lemon peel along with the ginger, cloves, cranberries, and 150 milliliters of water in a small pot. Bring to a boil, reduce the heat, and let the mixture simmer gently for about 8 minutes.
- 4. Strain the liquid through a sieve into a second pot. Stir in the lemon and cranberry juice and warm the punch briefly again. Pour the punch into a glass or mug and garnish with the remaining lemon peel.
