Ingredients
- 350 g turkey mince (very fine)
- 1 egg yolk
- 1 tbsp breadcrumbs
- salt
- pepper
- 2 slices white bread (stale)
- 1 tbsp butter
- 1 tbsp freshly chopped parsley
- 4 lettuce leaves (e.g. Lollo bionda)
- 2 tbsp vegetable oil
- 4 rolls
- 4 tbsp mayonnaise
- 4 tbsp cranberries (jar)
Instructions
- 1. Knead the ground turkey meat with the egg yolk and the breadcrumbs into a moldable mass. Season with salt and pepper. Form four small burger patties from it.
- 2. Cut the white bread into very small cubes and fry them in hot butter until golden brown. Sprinkle the parsley over them and let the croutons drain on kitchen paper.
- 3. Rinse the lettuce, remove any bad spots, and dry it well using a salad spinner.
- 4. Fry the burger patties in hot oil in a pan on both sides for 5 to 6 minutes.
- 5. Slice the buns horizontally and top them with the lettuce and the burger patties. Spread them with mayonnaise and sprinkle the toasted bread pieces on top. Add a few cranberries on top, place the bun lid on, and serve the burger.
