  1. 1. Knead the ground turkey meat with the egg yolk and the breadcrumbs into a moldable mass. Season with salt and pepper. Form four small burger patties from it.
  2. 2. Cut the white bread into very small cubes and fry them in hot butter until golden brown. Sprinkle the parsley over them and let the croutons drain on kitchen paper.
  3. 3. Rinse the lettuce, remove any bad spots, and dry it well using a salad spinner.
  4. 4. Fry the burger patties in hot oil in a pan on both sides for 5 to 6 minutes.
  5. 5. Slice the buns horizontally and top them with the lettuce and the burger patties. Spread them with mayonnaise and sprinkle the toasted bread pieces on top. Add a few cranberries on top, place the bun lid on, and serve the burger.
