  1. 1. Wash the apples thoroughly and pat them dry. Use a peeler to remove the skin from one of the apples in long spirals. Cut both apples into quarters and chop them into coarse cubes.
  2. 2. Place the cranberries in a sieve, rinse them under running water, and let them drain well.
  3. 3. Add the apple cubes and cranberries along with the vanilla yogurt to a stand mixer or use a hand blender. Puree the mixture until very smooth. Pour the smoothie into a large glass, top it up with the whey, and garnish it with the apple peel spiral you prepared earlier.
