  1. 1. Wash the fruits thoroughly.
  2. 2. Cut the fruits into coarse pieces.
  3. 3. Extract the juice using a juicer.
  4. 4. Follow the operating instructions of your device while doing so.
  5. 5. Measure out exactly one liter of juice.
  6. 6. Add some lemon juice.
  7. 7. Take the amount of jam sugar specified on the sugar packet.
  8. 8. Stir the sugar into the mixture while stirring constantly.
  9. 9. Boil the mixture vigorously for 3 to 4 minutes.
  10. 10. Cook until the mass bubbles almost to the rim.
  11. 11. Fill the hot jam immediately into well-rinsed screw-top jars.
  12. 12. Seal the jars.
  13. 13. Place the jars upside down on their lids for 10 minutes.
  14. 14. Turn the jars over afterwards.
  15. 15. Let the jam cool down completely.
