🍽️ Cranberry-Apple Jam

Ingredients
- 1 kg fresh cranberries
- 1 kg fresh tart apples
- 500 g pectin sugar (2:1)
- 1 lemon (juice)
Instructions
- 1. Wash the fruits thoroughly.
- 2. Cut the fruits into coarse pieces.
- 3. Extract the juice using a juicer.
- 4. Follow the operating instructions of your device while doing so.
- 5. Measure out exactly one liter of juice.
- 6. Add some lemon juice.
- 7. Take the amount of jam sugar specified on the sugar packet.
- 8. Stir the sugar into the mixture while stirring constantly.
- 9. Boil the mixture vigorously for 3 to 4 minutes.
- 10. Cook until the mass bubbles almost to the rim.
- 11. Fill the hot jam immediately into well-rinsed screw-top jars.
- 12. Seal the jars.
- 13. Place the jars upside down on their lids for 10 minutes.
- 14. Turn the jars over afterwards.
- 15. Let the jam cool down completely.
