Ingredients
- 1 stalk celery
- 5 tbsp mayonnaise
- 2 tbsp cream cheese
- 1 tbsp medium-hot mustard
- Worcestershire sauce
- lime juice
- salt
- pepper
- 350 g cooked crab meat
- 4 large leaves iceberg lettuce
- 2 tomatoes
- 4 sandwich rolls
Instructions
- 1. Wash the celery stalks, remove any tough fibers, and slice them thinly.
- 2. Mix the mayonnaise with the cream cheese and mustard. Season the mixture to taste with a few dashes of Worcestershire sauce, lime juice, salt, and pepper.
- 3. Gently flake the crab meat with your fingers and fold it into the mayonnaise mixture. Stir in the celery.
- 4. Wash the lettuce leaves and shake them dry. Wash the tomatoes, remove the hard stem ends, and slice them.
- 5. Slice the buns horizontally, toast the insides briefly, and fill them with the lettuce, crab meat mixture, and tomato slices.
