Ingredients
- 325 ml classic vegetable broth
- 1 tsp olive oil
- 250 g couscous (preferably whole grain)
- salt
Instructions
- 1. Bring the broth (or the same amount of lightly salted water) together with the olive oil to a boil in a pot.
- 2. Add the couscous, stir briefly, and let the mixture come to a boil once.
- 3. Remove the pot from the heat immediately. Cover it and let the couscous swell for 5 minutes.
- 4. Fluff up the couscous with a fork and season with a little salt if needed.
